Full Moon Yoga and Sound Meditation will be happening this Thursday August 15 at 7pm.  The location is South 3rd Street in South Bethany Beach Delaware!!  Join Debbie Finger and Julie Fisher as you move through a gentle evening flow into a long resting savasana.  Julie will use her beautiful singing bowls and voice to deepen your experience.  After practice feel free to stay and enjoy the sights and sounds surrounding you.  Some fellow yogis may even choose to bring drinks, snacks and simply relax by moonlight!
